(Inspired by Meg’s favourite ice cream flavour!)
Covergirl‘s Outlast Stay Brilliant in #210 Non-Stop Stone; Essence‘s Colour & Go in #53 You Belong to Me
Start with a sheer coat of Essence’s You Belong to Me, this way it’ll dry faster!
Once that’s dry, go ahead and apply a 2nd coat to make the mint colour opaque. Let that dry completely.
Next, take a bobby pin and bend it into an ‘L’ shape. Take the brush from Covergirl’s Non-Stop Stone and swipe a the polish on to one tip of the bobby pin. Now go ahead and make the ‘chocolate chips’ by dotting the colour over top of the mint base. You’ll probably have to reapply the polish to the bobby pin every few dots.
And there you have it, the finished product! Now every time you look at your nails you’ll crave a scoop of the yummiest ice cream ever!
